Gabriel Mwamba and his wife, Melissa, are the leaders of one of the most successful sports programs in Zambia, Africa. Together, the Mwambas mentor and lead a team of highly qualified coaches who train and empower underprivileged boys and girls through sports. Their programs currently operate across five provinces in Zambia, with more than 700 children participating in daily sports training sessions. These efforts not only keep children off the streets and out of trouble but also equip them with essential life skills.
Precision Sports Academy (PSA) strongly aligns with Nelson Mandela’s belief that "Sport has the power to change the world." PSA continues to grow, now welcoming mission teams, volunteer coaches and educators from around the globe. Our volunteers are reaching out to hundreds of children every day, inspiring hope and transformation through the power of sport.
GIRLS PROGRAMS....
Our soccer fields have become a safe space where girls can connect, express themselves, and develop essential life skills. Through the guidance of our dedicated female coaches, participants receive education on effective teenage pregnancy prevention, hands-on skills training, and engaging, activity-based HIV/AIDS awareness. These are delivered alongside fair play soccer sessions and peer-led community outreach initiatives.
This holistic approach proves that our academy is about much more than just sport—it’s a catalyst for meaningful change. We've built a culture that empowers girls and adolescents with critical knowledge, practical tools, and confidence to take charge of their health, rights, and overall well-being.
Participation in athletics allows girls to redefine their self-image and break through limiting gender stereotypes—one game at a time.
Support Precision Sports Academy
Most soccer academies in Zambia charge a monthly fee to participants to help cover operational costs. However, at Precision Sports Academy (PSA), we are committed to providing high-quality soccer training free of charge to underprivileged children across Zambia.
PSA does not charge any fees to our athletes, enabling them to train and develop their skills regardless of their financial background. While this mission is at the heart of what we do, it also places a significant financial burden on the academy to meet ongoing operational expenses and maintain the quality of our programs. Due to the increase in number of locations, we are currently struggling financially.
We currently support talented youth from communities such as Kamanga, Mutendere, and Kaunda Square in Lusaka, as well as Mindolo, Chachacha, and Kansuswa in Mufulira, Copperbelt Province.
Please consider becoming a financial partner and help us continue to change lives through the power of sport.
